Registration opens at 8AM.

Auction will begin at 9AM.

Bidding will open for all vehicles at approximately 11AM.

* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.

* Bidder inspection is encouraged.

* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* Applicable taxes

* 10% buyers premium

* 7% RI Sales Tax

* We will accept cash or bank check with letter of guarantee.

* We will accept all major credit cards with a 3% convenience fee.

* Items must be paid for by end of auction (unless prior arrangements have been made with management.)

* Absentee Bids will be accepted  (Contact Auctioneer)

* Not responsible for items left on premises

* Managment reserves the right to hold title on vehicles until checks clear.

* No vehicles will be moved during auction.

* Not responsible for items removed, mislabeled or deleted from list. 

* Special arrangements can be made for pick up times following auction day. (Contact Auctioneer)

* Re-sellers must have copy of resale certificate on file with management or 7% RI sales tax will be collected.

* It is our policy to have a copy of your drivers license prior to recieving bidder number.

* All sales are final
